We take pride in the quality of service and medical care we are responsible for providing you and

your pet.  In an effort to maintain these standards and keep your costs at a reasonable level, we do not bill

for services rendered.  We accept cash, checks, Care Credit and credit/debit cards. Third party billing may

be available on a case by case basis.

 

 

 

 1.  All fees due at time of service unless prior arrangements made with current clients and after Care Credit app. completed.

 

 2.  All accounts, 30 days past due, are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% monthly, statements will be mailed out after 30 days and an additional 10 days to pay the      account in full will be granted.  Accounts 40 days past due will incur a $20 service fee to cover mailing and telephone charges (5 contact attempts will be made), 75 days past due an additional $20 service fee to cover 5 additional attempts to collect the debt. These amounts are not pro-rated and the full charge is incurred after the past due dates regardless of how many attempts are made. 

 

3. After 125 days past due accounts are turned over to a collection agency and all fees incurred due to collections are the clients responsibility. An additional $20 fee will be charged when the account is 125 days past due for the be submitted to intensive collections which may be reported to the credit bureau.
