You can use the form below to refer friends and family to the Lindale Veterinary Clinic in a quick and easy way. Simply provide their e-mail address, and they will receive an email from you with a link to our website. You are free to customize your email message to them. Where it states “Your Personal Message (optional):”, you can enter your friend’s name. As soon as they bring their pet in, we will apply a discount to your account. The discount will be applied to your account when your friend or family member come in for their first visit. Make sure that they tell our client care specialists that you refered them.
